Twenty Questions, first run: 19 of 20 as he meant them
In plain language: the Founder asked 20 hard questions about his own life and work. A helper answered every one only from his own stored files, each with the exact words and the file they came from. He ruled 19 of the 20 correct as he meant them. On the 20th the answer was true but not the one he had in mind: he meant the Canister system, and the run found the Creator's Kit he had made first. In his words: "You remembered what *I* had forgotten as well."
Personal answers are shown as he asked. One person is not named, at his direction.

Quotes are copied exactly from the files named. File names only are shown; full locations are kept in the run record. Several files are records of his own earlier conversations.
Method
- Questions. He sent the 20 questions through his Conduit at 23:05 UTC on 2026-10-04 (18:05 Central).
- Answering. A Claude helper (one Sonnet worker) answered them using the Prime Radiant's model-free tools over his whole store: the topic index, the file index (names and sha256), and his own recorded turns. Every quote was checked against its file. 0 of the answers needed a brute-force text search.
- Time and size. The worker started at 18:07 Central and had every answer, verified, at 18:47: 39 minutes 23 seconds, 57 tool calls, about 226,000 tokens. These are the coordinator's figures, not re-measured for this page.
- Not sealed before it started. The questions were sealed at 23:14 UTC, after the worker had started (23:07 UTC). The answers were reported at 23:49 UTC. So, unlike PR-11, this run was not sealed before it began.
- Rulings. He ruled on 6 answers the same evening (2026-10-04) and on the other 14 on 2026-10-05: "all 14 correct".
How this differs from PR-11
- PR-11 used one folder he picked; this run searched his whole store.
- PR-11 used a blind reader that saw only 20 passages per question; here the helper drove the search tools itself.
- PR-11 was sealed before any search ran; this run was not.
Limits
- 20 questions, written by the Founder and ruled on by the Founder.
- The answering helper is a paid frontier model using the tools; the search tools themselves use no model.
- Time per question was not measured; only the total.
