Play 20 Questions: 12 answered, 12 right, 0 wrong
In plain language: the Founder wrote 20 questions about his own folder and sealed them before any search ran. The system answered only with exact quotes from his files, verified byte for byte, or said "not found". He marked every answer himself. It answered 12; he marked all 12 right and none wrong. It said "not found" on the other 8.

Method
- Seal. The 20 questions were sealed at 2026-10-05T04:37:55.399Z (2026-10-04, 23:37 Central), before any search ran. Seal file sha256
341e86a454aadfc011f6c442833c5d05fa73b357c01130e9e36ab50489add0e1. - Predeclared. The method was written down and hashed before the run: sha256
70cb3d4abca8954d582b91bbade82f19ecfb1ed0db3c52028eb94efa1f4d4bde. - Frozen packs. For each question, deterministic substrate retrieval (ordinary code, no model) picked 20 passages from his folder. The 20 packs were frozen and hashed before the reader saw them:
9944b631e6de7229cc3ec06aa2d76ad088b0fdc680ebf3c667a3542d08ffad54. - Blind reader. A reader saw only the question and its 20 passages, with no other knowledge, and either quoted a passage or said "not found".
- Byte-exact verifier. Code checked every quote against the file on disk: 12 accepted, 0 rejected.
- Strict gate. A stricter code rule (enough of the question's words near the quote, and the quote found in at least 2 items): 6 answers passed it, and all 6 were marked right. The other 6 answers were below the gate and were also all marked right.
- Marks. The Founder marked each answer Right, Wrong or Not found on a local page, from 2026-10-05T11:19:47.111Z to 2026-10-05T12:26:05.299Z. For questions answered "not found" he typed the right answer afterward, where he gave one.
- Rechecked for this page. Each of the 12 answer files still hashes to the sha256 shown: 12 of 12.
Limits
- 20 questions. A small sample.
- The questions were written by the Founder, and the answers were marked by the Founder.
- 12 of 20 were answered (60 percent). The other 8 were "not found"; for 7 of them the Founder typed an answer after the run.
- The reader is a Claude helper that sees only the 20 passages in each pack, with no outside knowledge. The retrieval and the verifier are ordinary code.
- Precision on the answered questions: 12 of 12 (95 percent range about 76 to 100 percent).
