What was proven, in plain language

Two independent random samples of 200 files each, drawn from a FRESH walk of the disk (Documents and Downloads), were all found in the Prime Radiant with the same sha256: 200 of 200 on 2026-10-04 (seed 20261004) and 200 of 200 on 2026-10-05 (seed 20261005, live re-run). No file was missing, none had a different hash, none was unreadable.

What this does and does not show

It is a SAMPLE test. With 400 of 400 found, a true miss rate of 0.75 percent or more would show zero misses less than 5 percent of the time; smaller miss rates are not excluded. The path-level census in results_dryrun_20261004T235607Z.md (every file, no hashing) found 375 on-disk files not in the index, 370 of them created after the index walk, 5 unexplained.
Scope is Documents and Downloads with the declared exclusions (secret-named files, vendor trees counted not hashed, vault indexed separately). Junction content (My Pictures, My Videos, My Music: 12,014 index rows) was ruled OUT by the Founder; the walk does not follow junctions.
It shows the index holds the files. It says nothing about finding them without an address (PR-3) or answering questions (PR-4).
